Sindh Educational Endowment Fund (SEEF) Scholarship Benefits
The program is fully funded, administered by the Sindh Education Endowment Fund Trust. It covers almost everything that you consider during your study.

Eligibility Criteria for the SEEF Scholarship
The eligibility criteria for the scholarship vary, determined by the degree level. Here are the requirements you need to meet before diving into the application process.
- You must be a permanent national and domicile holder of Sindh.
- The applicants must have scored a minimum of 60% marks in their high school, at least a CGPA of 2.5 in their Bachelor’s, and for the Master’s and PhD, the CGPA displayed on the stated scale.
- If you’re applying for the bachelor’s and master’s, you must be enrolled in an authorised SEEF panel university/institution, and family income should be within the prescribed.
- You must meet the minimum score for the selected English-language test if you’re applying for the PhD.

How to apply for the SEEF Scholarship 2027
To apply for the Sindh Educational Endowment Fund (SEEF) Scholarship 2027, the applicant must gather the following documents and complete the required criteria.
- Visit the SEEF official portal to fill out the application form.
- Upload the required documents accordingly.
- Submit the application after completion. Make sure you submit before the deadline.
- Once you are selected, you will be invited for an interview by IBA Karachi or Sukkur IBA.
- After that, you will be notified by the respective institutions in case you are selected.
